1. Who we are

2. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through the checkout on our website. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or Link. We never see or store your full card details.

All prices are in pounds sterling (£ GBP). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including postage.

A contract is formed when we confirm or dispatch your order. Every record is a single used copy. If a record sells elsewhere before we dispatch it, we will tell you and refund you in full for that record.

3. Postage

UK postage starts from £3.15 for the cheapest service, with live quotes for your basket at checkout. UK postage is free on orders of £50 or more.

UK orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday usually go out the next working day. Delivery times for each service are shown on our Shipping page and at checkout.

International postage is quoted at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country on arrival. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or postage.

4. Condition and grading

Our records are used, second-hand copies. Each one is graded by hand to the Goldmine standard, and the photos show the actual copy you will receive. Any sleeve or record flaws beyond the listed grade are noted in the description.

5. Returns

You can return a record within 60 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. Faulty, damaged or not as described

If a record arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us. We will cover the return postage and refund or replace it. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, by contacting us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof that you have returned them. Our 60-day returns window is in addition to this right.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
