What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and the details of the order itself. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.

If you subscribe to the mailing list we store your email address until you unsubscribe.

How we use it

Order data is used to pack, ship and support your order, and to send you a receipt. We keep order records for accounting purposes as required by UK law.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email chris@wholelottavinyl.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to keep your shopping cart between visits and to keep you signed in if you have an admin account. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
