Buying second hand means the condition matters as much as the pressing. We list the sleeve grade and the vinyl grade separately, note matrix codes where they help identify a pressing, and flag extras like printed inners, lyric booklets and posters.

Prices start under £5 for play-worn bargains and run up to sought-after first pressings. Combined postage means building a stack costs 50p a record after the first.

Are your second hand vinyl records checked before sale?
Yes. Every used record is cleaned where needed, played or visually inspected, and graded by hand using the Goldmine standard for both sleeve and vinyl.
What does each grade mean?
Mint and Near Mint copies show little to no wear, Very Good Plus plays cleanly with light marks, and Very Good copies show visible use but play through. Full definitions are in our grading guide.
How much is delivery on used records in the UK?
£4.50 tracked Royal Mail for the first record and £0.50 for every extra record in the same order, packed in rigid mailers with stiffeners.
Can I return a second hand record?
Yes — if a record is not as described you can return it within 14 days for a full refund including postage.
How often does new second hand stock arrive?
New pre-owned stock is listed every week from house clearances, personal collections and consignments across the East Midlands and wider UK.
