Where we ship
Every order ships tracked from our UK base. Rates are per order and include combined postage on multi-record orders.

UK orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday usually go out the next working day and arrive within 2–5 working days. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 days depending on destination and customs.
Rest of the world
If your country isn't on the table above, we still want to ship to you — pick your country at checkout and we'll ask for your address. We work out the exact tracked postage and email you a secure Stripe invoice within one working day. The records are held for you until you pay.
Customs, duties & import tax
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country on arrival. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or postage.
Packaging
Records are sleeved in fresh poly-lined inners (when needed) and shipped in rigid LP mailers. We pack the way we'd want to receive a record.
Grading
We grade by the Goldmine standard. Any sleeve or media flaws beyond the listed grade are noted in the record description. If a record arrives below the grade described, get in touch and we'll make it right.
Returns
If you're not happy with a record, message us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Records must come back in the same condition they were sent. Once we have the record back we'll refund the purchase price. Original and return postage are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Damage in transit is rare but does happen — please photograph the parcel and the damaged record before contacting us so we can claim with the courier.
