Notes
Hotcakes from Carly Simon on LP, a UK pressing on Elektra (butterfly label) from 1974 (K 52005). Musically it sits in soft rock and pop rock territory. Side one opens with “Safe And Sound” and side two with “Misfit”, 11 tracks in all. This copy comes with its gatefold sleeve and printed inner sleeve. The vinyl is graded VG, so there are visible signs of play and some background noise, though it still plays through; the sleeve is VG, with some wear to the edges or a little ringwear. Graded by hand, photographed as the real copy (no stock images), and cleaned with a Pro-Ject VC-S3 before we post it.
